Welcome to Tesla Family™. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TeslaFamily.net, including our community features, member services, merchandise store, forms, referral information, events, and other services offered through the website.

By accessing or using TeslaFamily.net, creating an account, submitting information, joining the community, registering for an event, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Tesla Family

Tesla Family™ is an independent community created to connect Tesla owners and enthusiasts through shared experiences, meetups, community resources, merchandise, referrals, member profiles, and other community activities.

Tesla Family™ is an independent community and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.

Tesla, Tesla vehicle names, Tesla logos, and related trademarks are the property of Tesla, Inc. References to Tesla vehicles or services are used for identification, informational, and community purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to use services that require purchases, account creation, or submission of personal information.

Certain community activities, events, or services may have additional eligibility requirements.

You agree that information you submit to Tesla Family™ will be accurate and that you will not impersonate another person or intentionally provide false or misleading information.

3. Community Membership and Accounts

Joining Tesla Family™ may require submitting information such as your name, email address, location, Tesla model, vehicle photographs, social media information, or other profile information.

Membership applications may be reviewed before a profile is approved or published. Tesla Family™ reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, remove, or restrict a community profile when reasonably necessary to protect the community or enforce these Terms.

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of any account credentials or access information associated with Tesla Family™ services.

4. Community Conduct

Tesla Family™ is intended to be a welcoming community. When using community features, participating in events, submitting content, or communicating with other members, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate another person.
Submit intentionally false or misleading information.
Post unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious material.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another member's account or information.
Use the community to distribute spam, malware, scams, or deceptive promotions.
Use another member's photographs or personal information without permission.
Interfere with the operation or security of TeslaFamily.net.

Tesla Family™ may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect members, maintain the website, or enforce these Terms.

5. Merchandise and Orders

Tesla Family™ may offer apparel, accessories, merchandise, and other products through TeslaFamily.net.

Many Tesla Family™ products are produced specifically after an order is placed. These products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.

Product photographs and mockups are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the product. Actual colors, placement, print appearance, materials, or other details may vary slightly because of manufacturing processes, display settings, or product variations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, shipping addresses, and other order information before completing a purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, fulfillment is not possible, or fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

6. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

Many Tesla Family™ products are made to order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and order changes may be limited.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported within the applicable timeframe.

Returns or exchanges generally are not available solely because a customer ordered the wrong size or color, changed their mind, or no longer wants a made-to-order item.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Production and shipping times can vary because of fulfillment volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability, customs processing, or other circumstances outside Tesla Family's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Tesla Family™ is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact support@teslafamily.net as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has started.

If you believe a shipment has been lost or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can review the issue with the appropriate fulfillment provider or carrier.

8. Prices, Payments and Taxes

Prices displayed on TeslaFamily.net are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other required charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment providers. Tesla Family™ does not directly store complete payment card information when payment information is processed by those providers.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

9. Third-Party Fulfillment and Services

Tesla Family™ uses third-party platforms, service providers, fulfillment companies, shipping carriers, payment processors, and technology providers to operate portions of the website and fulfill orders.

These services may include Shopify, print-on-demand or fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, payment processors, hosting providers, email services, and other technology platforms.

Certain aspects of your transaction may therefore also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party provider.

10. Events and Meetups

Tesla Family™ may promote, organize, or share information about meetups, drives, gatherings, road trips, or other community activities.

Participation in any event is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, vehicle operation, personal safety, insurance, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws and traffic regulations.

Event dates, locations, schedules, activities, and availability may change or be canceled without notice.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tesla Family™ does not assume responsibility for independently operated events, venues, businesses, road conditions, vehicles, or activities provided by third parties.

11. Member Photos, Profiles and User Content

You retain ownership of photographs, descriptions, profile information, and other original content you submit to Tesla Family™.

When you expressly authorize Tesla Family™ to display submitted content, you grant Tesla Family™ permission to use that content for the community purposes for which it was submitted, including member profiles, directories, galleries, community features, event recaps, or promotional community content.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that its use will not knowingly violate another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

If you want Tesla Family™ to review removal of content you previously submitted, contact support@teslafamily.net.

12. Referral Links and Incentives

Tesla Family™ may provide a community directory where members can voluntarily submit Tesla referral links or information about referral incentives.

Referral programs, qualification requirements, incentives, credits, discounts, Full Self-Driving offers, and other benefits are determined solely by Tesla, Inc. and may change, expire, vary by region, or be discontinued at any time.

Tesla Family™ does not guarantee that any referral link, incentive, discount, credit, or benefit will be valid or available.

Users should verify the current offer and eligibility directly with Tesla before completing a purchase.

13. Intellectual Property

Except for trademarks and materials owned by third parties, the Tesla Family™ name, website design, original written content, community graphics, photographs owned by Tesla Family™, and other original materials created specifically for Tesla Family™ are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially exploit Tesla Family™ original content without permission except where permitted by law.

Tesla and related Tesla vehicle names, logos, and trademarks belong to Tesla, Inc. Tesla Family™ does not claim ownership of Tesla, Inc. intellectual property.

14. Third-Party Links

TeslaFamily.net may contain links to third-party websites, social media services, referral pages, businesses, event venues, or other external services.

Tesla Family™ does not control those third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, policies, products, services, or practices.

Visiting a third-party website is at your discretion and may be subject to that website's own terms and privacy policies.

15. Website Availability

We work to keep TeslaFamily.net available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The website or particular features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, internet outages, security concerns, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tesla Family™ may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue website features when necessary.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TeslaFamily.net and its community services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Tesla Family™ does not guarantee that all information provided through the website, community members, third-party links, referral listings, events, or external services will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

Nothing published on TeslaFamily.net should be considered official guidance from Tesla, Inc.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tesla Family™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, community services, third-party services, referral information, or participation in community activities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Information collected through TeslaFamily.net is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

Tesla Family™ may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, merchandise, community services, policies, technology, or legal requirements.

Continued use of TeslaFamily.net after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
