Finding Tesla Family
Mike’s journey with Tesla Family started the same way many great friendships do today — with a simple discovery on social media.
As a proud 2023 Tesla Model Y owner, Mike already had a passion for Tesla, technology, customization, and making his car uniquely his own.
While browsing TikTok, he came across Tesla Family and started following the people, cars, meetups, and friendships surrounding the community.
It didn’t take long for Mike to realize that Tesla Family was about much more than the cars.
From the beginning, he was welcomed in.
What started as following a group on TikTok quickly turned into conversations, friendships, shared ideas, and a genuine sense of belonging.
That welcoming atmosphere is what made Tesla Family special to Mike.
He enjoys seeing how every member brings something different to the community. Some love modifying their Teslas. Some enjoy road trips and meetups. Some are all about the technology. Others simply enjoy spending time with people who share the same enthusiasm.
For Mike, modifying his Model Y is definitely part of the fun. He enjoys experimenting with wheels, lighting, exterior upgrades, interior technology, and accessories that make the car feel more personal.
There always seems to be another idea — or another mod — waiting around the corner.
But somewhere along the way, the people became more important than the modifications.
Tesla Family gave Mike an opportunity to connect with people he probably never would have met otherwise.
It became a place to share ideas, laugh, talk cars, support one another, attend meetups, and create memories together.
And that’s what the name Tesla Family has come to mean to him.
